General conditions

These are the conditions to stay in the Bungalows and to do certain activities in Khao Sok The Orchids Resort, we wish you a nice stay in Khao Sok.

Inscription

In order for your booking to be valid you must place 30% deposit, unless specified differently by the resort. The remaining amount will have to be paid after the booking is confirmed and when the contract is formalized. If the client does not pay the mentioned payment, Khao Sok Las Orchids Resort will give you a time period to do go. If the above mentioned term is not fixed, there will be understood that the payment will have to be carried out 7 days before the arrival. Khao Sok Las Orchids Resort has the right to cancel the contract if the customer does not pay as agreed.

Services

The price includes the stay in Khao Sok’s Bungalows The Orchids Resort with all the comforts, including Internet, the program, advice and information about the stay, and your activities, and lunch and bicycles for mountain biking for one day, and it does not include: Rental vehicles, transportation (flights, taxis, buses), The price of excursions organized by third parties (in elephant etc), sports practices such as skin-diving, kayaking etc.. and the rental of your corresponding special equipment ( equip of scuba diving, canoes, quads..) it also doesn’t include dinning at restaurants unless previously agreed upon

Modifications

When the Khao Sok The Orchids Resort is obliged to modify in a significant way the essential elements of the stay, it will notify it in writing to the costumer as soon as possible so that the costumer can opt to cancel the booking or the contract, with the right to a complete refund of the full quantities, or accept the consequences of the modification of the initial booking. In case the costumer does not communicate in writing their decision in three working days following the notification, it will be understood that he opts to cancel the booking or the the contract. The unforeseen circumstances may cause the modification of the booking.
